Does the law require an annual check of the central heating system and chimney sweeping?
In fact, there is a maintenance obligation for heating installations and their chimneys in the home. Although fire insurance is not directly linked to compliance with this obligation, prevention and awareness-raising are still very important from a fire insurance perspective.
