This Technical Note forms part of the benchmark standards for certification in accordance with the rules of the ANPI mark.
It lays down the scope, the requirements and the applicable certification scheme.
In case the EN 17446 standard gets modified, a transition periods of 18 months is applied. All existing certificates will automatically expire at the end of this transition period unless compliance with the latest version of the EN 17446 is proven.
