The NIPV (Nederlands Instituut Publieke Veiligheid) has published its second annual report on incidents involving alternative powered vehicles AAVs (electric, hybrid, CNG, LNG).
This study (the result of a collaboration between the NIPV and the researchers of Brandweer Nederland) gives us a better understanding on the problem of electric and gas-powered vehicles.
