On October 1, 2026, ANPI will take part in the BFSN Nationaal Sprinklercongres at the Wintercircus in Ghent. This event is aimed directly at members of the Belgian Fire Sprinkler Network and professionals involved in the design, installation, inspection, maintenance, or operation of sprinkler systems.
The 2026 edition will focus on very practical topics for the sector: selecting sprinkler standards for parking garages, transitioning to fluorine-free foams, fire protection for data centers, energy storage and Li-ion batteries, automated storage systems, as well as new requirements for healthcare facilities.
For sprinkler stakeholders, these topics directly address challenges faced in the field: how to interpret applicable requirements, what points to verify during an inspection, how to account for emerging risks such as batteries or data centers, and how to guarantee long-term system reliability.
