At least 14 buses were destroyed in a fire on 13/01/2023 at the Westhaven bus depot on the Griffioenlaan in Utrecht. The fire destroyed the majority of the 15 buses, severely disrupting traffic in the city.
The cause of the fire is still unknown.
A police spokesperson announced that an investigation into the cause of the fire will take place.
