As soon as the weather turns warm, we all feel the urge to cook outdoors! Unfortunately, the season of barbecues, grills, gourmets, fondues and pierrades brings its share of accidents every year. Many of them are the result of improper use of fuel. Too many "cooks" lose their patience too quickly and forget the most elementary measures of caution by pouring easily flammable products, such as alcohol or petrol, onto embers that are already extremely hot.
