According to the daily press, Flemish Region inspectors have ordered the closure of 56 Airbnb accommodations because they do not meet fire safety standards. Tourism Minister Ben Weyts has announced more checks, but Airbnb refuses to provide a list of the accommodations. Airbnb says it encourages its customers to comply with safety regulations.
