Gas extinguishing is a proven technique to automatically protect computer rooms (data centres).

An effective gas extinguishing system requires the installation of products whose reliability is certified by BOSEC, a voluntary seal of approval that attests to their quality.

We conduct tests on gas extinguishing components so that they can be BOSEC certified in accordance with the standards and specifications below.

Our tests also guarantee minimum legal requirements for the release of products in accordance with European construction product regulations (CE-CPR).

  • NBN EN 12094-1 Fixed firefighting systems - Components for gas extinguishing systems - Part 1: Requirements and test methods for electrical automatic control and delay devices
  • NBN EN 12094-3 Fixed firefighting systems - Components for gas extinguishing systems - Part 3: Requirements and test methods for manual triggering and stop devices
  • NBN EN 12094-4 Fixed firefighting systems - Components for gas extinguishing systems - Part 4: Requirements and test methods for container valve assemblies and their actuators
  • NBN EN 12094-6 Fixed firefighting systems - Components for gas extinguishing systems - Part 6: Requirements and test methods for non-electrical disable devices
